As part of the Schools for Energy Efficiency® program, school districts benefit from a relationship with their sister company, Hallberg Engineering, Inc. whose staff of professional engineers and 30 years of experience working with educational facilities is invaluable. Hallberg Engineering is a mechanical and electrical engineering firm specializing in K-12 schools with mechanical, electrical, and technology system design, building analysis, commissioning, LEED construction projects, and energy analysis.
The SEE program was initially developed by Hallberg Engineering as a result of requests from school district clients seeking a way to reduce their energy costs without large capital improvements. SEE operates independently as Energy Efficiency Programs, Inc. and maintains a collaborative relationship with the technical experts at Hallberg Engineering to provide energy saving solutions for facilities.
The SEE program develops strategic relationships with select organizations to provide the most comprehensive turn-key solutions to clients. Strategic partners offer excellent resources on national and state energy related topics or local representation for school districts outside Minnesota.
